六日町駅前で人気の店舗が今年初参加。越後牛１頭から数キロしか取れない希少部位「ミスジ肉」、５～６時間かけて低温調理する「レア牛タン」・「イベリコ豚ロース」で南魚沼産コシヒカリを包み込んだ豪華でオシャレな本気丼に仕上がった。
