地元浦佐で愛され36年。今年のメキシカンライスは一味違う。南魚沼産コシヒカリで炊き上げたピラフはサフランライスに、スパイシーチキンは骨付肉に一新。香辛料と共に4時間煮てから、皮をパリッと焼き上げた鶏肉は口の中でほろりと崩れるほど柔らかい。口の中で広がるスパイスの香りと鶏の旨みでくせになる、こだわりの詰まった一杯に仕上がった。
